At La Favorita Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new pair isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the signature packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the footwear you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
